I offer services in adult (18 and older) psychotherapy and counseling, usually meeting weekly, for 45-50 minute sessions.

I have a general practice and work with clients who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, infidelity, difficulties at work, stage of life issues and transitions, grief, and stress.  Additionally, I have expertise in working with trauma, dissociation, and PTSD, as well as sexual orientation, gender identity, queer issues, and sexuality.
